What is included in a draped canopy package?

Our featured complete packages include a draped canopy, chandeliers, tables, tablecloths and runners, and white resin chairs. Quantities vary by package. Canopy, draping and chandelier installation and removal are included. Flowers, place settings and other pictured extras are quoted separately.

Are delivery, pickup and furniture setup included?

Delivery and pickup are priced separately based on your event location. The $649 small-package option excludes furniture and linen setup; its $724 option includes that setup. Furniture and linen setup for the 20×30 and 20×40 complete packages is available separately. Access or scheduling requirements may add labor charges.

Can I choose my draping colors?

Contact us with your event date and preferred colors to confirm availability. The sage, blush, ivory and champagne setups shown in our event photography can help you describe the look you want.

How do I choose the right canopy size?

Share your guest count, table layout and available space with us. Include space for an aisle, dancing or other activities, plus venue access details. We can help you compare packages and confirm the setup that fits your location.

Where do you deliver, and how do I request a quote?

We serve Alhambra, the San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles. Send your event date, address or city, preferred package and setup needs through our quote form. We will confirm service availability, delivery and pickup charges, and your final total.

Their website was very user-friendly with a variety of jumpers and equipment to choose from, and getting a quote was quick and straightforward. It was also really easy to send the deposit/full payment and sign the rental agreement online, which made the booking process incredibly convenient!

Alexis’ communication really stood out to me because of how genuine and human he was. He made much effort to stay in communication, respond to my texts, provide updates, and make sure my questions and needs were addressed. I really appreciated how consistent and reliable he was throughout the process. He was patient, understanding, and made me feel like I was actually talking to a person rather than just another customer.

Planning a party can be stressful, and their communication honestly helped me feel so much less anxious because I knew I was being kept in the loop and had a good idea of when they will drop off and pick up the equipment. They were also punctual with their pick up and drop off times. They even let us borrow an extension cord when we realized we didn’t have one available. That small gesture meant a lot and really showed his willingness to help.

Overall, I really appreciated both the convenience of the rental process and the genuine customer service. Everything was easy to navigate, communication was great, and I felt taken care of throughout the experience. I would absolutely recommend them and I plan to use their service again!

My daughter really wanted a Bluey themed bounce house, and this was the best one out of all the ones we looked at. The team was super communicative and helped us set everything up, and they even worked with us when we had to reschedule due to rain. They were very clear with pricing, and provided me with updated invoices (initial, partially paid/pending, and fully paid) throughout the process.
