Each package includes the listed canopy, ceiling draping, chandelier lighting, tables, linens, and white resin chairs. Furniture counts describe the included items; they do not guarantee a seated capacity for every arrangement.

A regular A-frame canopy gives you a covered space to furnish for a company event, family celebration, or community gathering. Tables, chairs, linens, and other event items are selected separately for individual canopy rentals.

How many guests can a large canopy accommodate?
The usable layout depends on tables, chair arrangement, aisles, entrances, food service, and other event areas. Included chair counts are rental quantities rather than a guaranteed capacity. Send your guest count, venue measurements, and plans so we can review options.
What is the difference between a complete package and canopy-only rental?
The complete draped packages include their listed tables, linens, white resin chairs, and chandeliers. Standalone draped rentals and regular canopy rentals have different inclusions. Read the selected listing and confirm the exact furniture, lighting, coverage, and services in your quote.
Can I choose the draping colors?
Tell us your preferred colors, canopy size, and date. Available colors vary by size and event date; we’ll confirm the choices before you reserve.
Are furniture setup, delivery, and pickup included?
Furniture and linen setup is additional for the large complete packages shown. Delivery and pickup are separate. Canopy, draping, and chandelier installation and removal are included in those complete packages. Additional access or timing requirements may affect the final quote.
What if my venue needs a special layout or delivery window?
Share the venue rules, measurements, access instructions, and required timing before reserving. We’ll review the plan and confirm what we can accommodate for your event date.
