Draped canopy rentals and packages require our approval and must be booked at least 24 hours before the event. Send your event date, location, measurements, and preferred package so we can confirm availability and the setup. A quote request does not confirm a reservation.
The packages above include the canopy and draping, chandeliers, tables, tablecloths and runners, and white resin chairs. Counts vary by package. Canopy, draping, and chandelier installation and removal are included. Furniture and linen setup is separate unless you select a small-package option with that service.

Yes. Our larger canopy-and-draping-only rentals are available separately. Tables, chairs, linens, and lighting are separate items for those rentals. Browse the Tents & Canopies inventory for the correct size and details.
We offer several draping colors, with availability depending on canopy size and date. Ivory, red, and baby blue are options for our 30×30 and 30×40 canopies. Tell us the look you want so we can confirm what is available.
Send the usable space measurements, yard photos, guest count, and your preferred layout. We’ll review the space and access with you before confirming the setup. Furniture layout and access matter as well as canopy dimensions.
Sidewall coverage depends on the package and setup. Additional draped canopy sidewalls are $30 per completed side. Confirm the coverage you need and the site conditions when requesting your quote.
Yes. Standard package tables can be 6-foot rectangular or 60-inch round. Share your preferred table shape when requesting your quote so we can confirm availability and your layout. Other table sizes are separate rentals.
