Booking and setup: what to know

Regular canopies can be booked directly online, including less than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability and completion of the booking requirements. Orders containing draped canopies require staff approval and at least 24 hours of advance notice. A draped canopy request does not confirm a reservation.

Canopy installation is included in the listed regular rentals and packages. Draped packages include canopy, draping and chandelier installation as listed. Furniture and linen setup depend on your selected option; delivery and pickup are additional. Review the selected listing and your complete quote for all included services and charges.
